How long will it take to find a nanny?

A typical nanny search can take anywhere between 2 to 8 weeks. This can vary based on your specific requirements. The more challenging the requirements, the longer the search may take.

What are the benefits of using WeCare Nannies?

We understand the investment that it takes to find a great nanny. We streamline this process for you and source and screen candidates that fit the specifics of what your family is looking for. This allows you the time and freedom to focus on your family while we working on finding the perfect fit.

What areas do you serve?

We do nanny placements nationwide. For backup care, event childcare, and corporate care we currently serve Orlando, South Florida, Tampa, Charleston, Nashville, Jacksonville, Philadelphia, and Chicago.

Do I need to pay my nanny legally?

Yes, your nanny is your employee and you need to pay them legally. This includes using a W2 and not a 1099. Your nanny is an employee, not an independent contractor.
